3. Audio, Voice Models, and Generated Content

Audio, text, training materials, and generated output submitted by you may be processed, cached, transcoded, stored, and audited as reasonably necessary to provide voice cloning, synthesis, storage, and support services.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights and permissions necessary for the materials you upload or generate through the service.

4. AI Feature Data Processing

• When you use AI features such as voice cloning or text-to-speech, we process the text you enter, the audio and training materials you upload, generated output, and the account identifiers, session identifiers, and operation logs required to complete your request.
• Such data is processed on Voice17-owned or controlled servers for voice-cloning training, speech synthesis, result delivery, troubleshooting, security review, and service quality assurance.
• If you do not agree to this processing, you may choose not to use the relevant AI feature, and you may revoke your authorization later in product settings. After revocation, the related AI features will no longer be available.
• Except where required by law, we do not share personal data related to these AI features with independent third-party AI service providers.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We may share information with cloud providers, payment partners, authentication providers, security vendors, and other processors that are necessary to operate the service.
