2. How We Use Information

3. Audio, Voice Models, and Generated Content

Audio, text, training materials, and generated output submitted by you may be processed, cached, transcoded, stored, and audited as reasonably necessary to provide voice cloning, synthesis, storage, and support services.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights and permissions necessary for the materials you upload or generate through the service.

4. AI Feature Data Processing

• When you use AI features such as voice cloning or text-to-speech, we process the text you enter, the audio and training materials you upload, generated output, and the account identifiers, session identifiers, and operation logs required to complete your request.
• Such data is processed on Voice17-owned or controlled servers for voice-cloning training, speech synthesis, result delivery, troubleshooting, security review, and service quality assurance.
• If you do not agree to this processing, you may choose not to use the relevant AI feature, and you may revoke your authorization later in product settings. After revocation, the related AI features will no longer be available.
• Except where required by law, we do not share personal data related to these AI features with independent third-party AI service providers.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We may share information with cloud providers, payment partners, authentication providers, security vendors, and other processors that are necessary to operate the service.
• If you request a refund from Apple for an App Store in-app purchase, we provide Apple with fulfillment information about that order, such as delivery status and whether credits were used after purchase, along with our refund preference, so Apple can process the request. This does not include your name, phone number, uploaded audio, or generated content.
• We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, court order, lawful request, or to address infringement, abuse, or security incidents.
• If Voice17 is involved in a merger, restructuring, or asset transfer, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable legal safeguards.

6. Retention and Security

We retain information for the shortest reasonable period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Voice17 uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect data, including access controls, audit logs, transport security, and backup procedures. No system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

• You may access, correct, or supplement certain account information.
• You may request account deletion or use in-product account deletion functions where available.
• You may disable certain optional notifications or contact support regarding privacy-related requests.
